Nicole Galloway Fundraising With Clinton Insider Who Called Women “Trailer Park” Trash

Missouri Democrat Nicole Galloway is tapping two of the Democratic Party’s most entrenched Clinton-era political insiders

Per RGA:

Missouri Democrat Nicole Galloway is tapping two of the Democratic Party’s most entrenched Clinton-era political insiders to headline a campaign fundraiser today, including a man who once described an alleged sexual harassment victim as “what you’ll find” when you “[d]rag a hundred dollars through a trailer park.”

James Carville and Paul Begala are best known as Clinton family political fixers who have been working to bury and spin Bill and Hillary Clinton’s many scandals for decades. In the late 1990s, Carville infamously led the campaign to discredit women accusing then-President Clinton of sexual harassment and assault. Attempting to disparage accuser Paula Jones, Carville made the breathtakingly sexist and classist remark“Drag a hundred dollars through a trailer park and there’s no telling what you’ll find.”

More recently, Begala publicly praised Hillary Clinton for calling millions of Americans “deplorables” in 2016, even stating that Clinton’s disparaging words were “a really important strategy.”

Carville and Begala are just the latest Galloway allies with a history of controversial and divisive statements – last month, top Galloway advisor Patrick Lynn called Governor Mike Parson an “illiterate hillbilly.” Galloway refused to denounce the remarks, presumably embracing a Clinton-esque strategy of insulting voters that hold different political views despite Missourians resoundingly rejecting Hillary Clinton in 2016.

No word on whether any specialty cocktail recipes will be offered at this Galloway fundraiser.

“First Nicole Galloway’s advisor calls Missourians illiterate hillbillies, now she’s campaigning with Clinton cronies who called women victimized by Bill Clinton trailer trash and defended Hillary’s ‘basket of deplorables’ comment,” said RGA Communications Director Amelia Chassé Alcivar. “You can tell a lot about a person by the company they keep, and Nicole Galloway’s embrace of Hillary Clinton’s liberal agenda, despicable playbook, and elitist disdain for working Missourians tells voters all they need to know.”
