Nebraska Dem Gov Candidate Bob Krist Will Say Anything To Mislead Voters

Krist’s party change only shows how little Nebraska voters can trust his words.

Per The RGA:

After failing to gain traction as an independent candidate, Bob Krist has decided to run as a Democrat for the 2018 Nebraska governor’s race in a desperate ploy to get on the ballot and take advantage of the party’s donor network. But Krist’s party change only shows how little Nebraska voters can trust his words. His decision comes just weeks after video showed him at a campaign event touting the benefits of “non-partisan behavior” and not following a “party boss” or “party line:”

BOB KRIST: “We really need to look at non-partisan behavior and structuring ourselves so that we’re making decision in the best interest of the constituents that we represent and if we have that party boss or that party line that’s driving us in one direction or another, we need to take a deep breath and do the right thing.”

But weeks later, Krist is abandoning this viewpoint by joining the Democrats. Krist’s comments were apparently nothing more than desperate political posturing by a candidate who has failed to catch fire with voters. Krist has proven to Nebraskans that he has no problem saying one thing and doing another. He can’t be trusted to lead.
