'Career politician of over four decades with no results to point to': Melania Trump slams Biden during solo rally

Melania Trump hit the campaign trail solo in North Carolina on Monday and slammed Joe Biden as a “career politician of over four decades with no results to point to.”

Per Washington Examiner:

Melania Trump hit the campaign trail solo in North Carolina on Monday and slammed Joe Biden as a “career politician of over four decades with no results to point to.”

“When rioters and looters were burning our cities and wrecking small businesses that belong to hard-working families and bring jobs to our communities, where were the Democrats?” she asked. “Why should we trust Joe Biden when he suggests he can do a better job?”

“When you vote tomorrow, you’re choosing between a Washington outsider who will continue to do all he can to improve our country, a president with an ‘America First’ agenda and proven results, or you can choose Joe Biden, a career politician of over four decades with no results to point to. We have a chance to vote for a leader who sees our future as bright or someone who only sees a ‘dark winter.'”

She then suggested it’s doubtful that Biden will “suddenly [be] capable of putting the American people first” after examining his track record.

“All you have to do is look back on his 47 years in political life to determine whether you think he is suddenly capable of putting the American people first,” she said.

At a previous solo campaign rally in Pennsylvania last week, the first lady warned that Biden would push a “socialist agenda” and would “destroy America.”

“Joe Biden’s policies and socialist agenda will only serve to destroy America and all that has been built in the past four years,” the first lady said last Tuesday in Pennsylvania. “We must keep Donald in the White House so he can finish what he’s started and our country can continue to flourish.”

"Joe Biden attacked President Trump’s decision to put the American people first and closing travel from China. He called it 'xenophobic hysteria.' Now, he suggests that he could have done a better job. Well, the American people can look at Joe Biden’s 36 years in Congress and eight years in the vice presidency and determine whether they think he’ll finally be able to get something done for the American people," she added.
