Far-Left California Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom Looks For More Ways To Tax Working Families

Newsom remains committed to imposing new tax increases to fund his radical big-government agenda.

The RGA reports:

Far-left California Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom continues to look for new ways to tax his state’s residents even as they struggle with a growing affordability crisis.

ABC Sacramento reports that Newsom and his allies are trying to impose numerous new, bizarre tax hikes, despite the fact that California has a sizeable budget surplus. On top of proposed taxes on soda, tire changes, and dialysis centers, Newsom has embraced a tax on drinking water as he continues to look for more ways to make working families pay more.

While California’s residents struggle to make ends meet under an already massive tax burden, Newsom remains committed to imposing new tax increases to fund his radical big-government agenda.
